Program Qualifications & Guidelines This is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property managed by Big Island Housing Foundation. Please note that these units are not subsidized; rent is a flat rate, and strict income qualifications apply. Monthly Rent: $1,361 per month. Minimum Income: Households must earn a gross monthly income of at least 1.5 times the rent (minimum $2,041.50 per month) to qualify. Property Occupancy Standards: Maximum capacity is strictly 2 people per bedroom plus one.
