Located 1/2 a block from the Red Line bus stop. There is off-street parking for residents located behind the building. There is metered parking in front of the building, as well. We allow up to 2 pets in the apartment. Pets must be under 35 lbs. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet & $25 additional monthly rent per pet. Residents are responsible for electricity. There is a $50 utility fee per month in addition to rent. The utility fee covers central heat, water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow removal.
