Lincolnshire Apartments

These studio apartments feature a 410 sq. ft. floor plan. The bedroom features a walk-in closet. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, and microwave. There is on-site laundry in the building. This apartment is located in the heart of Broad Ripple close to local restaurants, coffee shops, Monon Trail, Kroger, Fresh Thyme, and Broad Ripple Canal. Located 1/2 a block from the Red Line bus stop. There is off-street parking for residents located behind the building. There is metered parking in front of the building, as well. We allow up to 2 pets in the apartment. Pets must be under 35 lbs. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet & $25 additional monthly rent per pet. Residents are responsible for electricity. There is a $50 utility fee per month in addition to rent. The utility fee covers central heat, water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow removal.
