This is a co-living situation, these are private bedrooms in a 6-bedroom apartment suite (approximately 236 sq. ft.) The unit includes a full kitchen, common area/living room with 2 full bathrooms. Utilities are included and we have free parking onsite. This is a tax credit building/ program, therefore all applicants must income qualify for placement.
Unfortunately I cannot accept any vouchers or section 8 for the SRO units at Cloudbreak.
