Downtown Jax Lofts

Ashley Street Container Lofts is a unique micro-apartment community located in the Cathedral District of Downtown Jacksonville. The property is constructed from stacked, retrofitted shipping containers that have been converted into studio apartments. The three-story building contains compact units designed for efficient urban living, with modern finishes and full appliance packages including washers and dryers. Each unit is approximately 320 square feet and includes granite countertops, updated plumbing and lighting fixtures, and a private bedroom/living layout. The community features a shared courtyard patio, bike racks, and exterior stair access. The project was developed as a creative affordable housing concept designed to bring additional residential density to downtown Jacksonville.
