There is on site coin-operated laundry (4 washers & 4 dryers), a dumpster for trash, and individually locked mailboxes. No smoking is permitted inside the building and no pets are allowed. We do require a credit score of 620 or above and that the rent is no more than 30% of your income. We also run a criminal background check.
