Sunlake's kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and microwaves. The majority of the apartments have full size washer and dryers. Studio and loft apartments do not have washer and dryers but Sunlake offers 2 fully equipped laundry facilities on the property. 24 hour emergency maintenance is provided. Sunlake has ample parking. (Additional monthly fee of $45 - $55 for water, exterminating, and trash).
