We are a small, quite, gated community offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. We are walkable to shopping (HEB) and the downtown Kerrville area, as well as the Salvation Army KROC Center that has swimming, fitness, social services, programs and worship. Our property has upgraded interiors, onsite laundry facility with new machines, playground, basketball court, picnic/bbq areas, assigned parking and we are pet friendly. We accept pets up to 60 pounds with breed restrictions and weigh limits with a required deposit of $350 ($200 nonrefundable) and pet rent of $15 per pet. Other costs include $89/mo bulk internet/cable package through Spectrum, allocated utilities (water, gas, trash and pest control). Our deposits start at $350 and our application fee is $50 per applicant over 18yo. Our rental criteria includes a positive rental verification, credit/criminal background check and proof of our required 3x rent on income (gross salary).
