Tucked between Coyote Creek and Vista Grande Park, our welcoming community offers all the comforts of home set amid a lush garden landscape. Select from a variety of one- and two-bedroom designs, including multi-level layouts and floor plans with a den. Each home combines elements such as air conditioning, wood-style flooring, and a kitchen with a gas range to create a space that is comfortable and inviting. Select homes extend your living outdoors with a private balcony or fenced patio. Around our community, four swimming pools and a variety of outdoor dining and lounging areas with barbecue stations and seating ensure that you will always find the perfect setting for relaxation. For the enjoyment your canine companion, our pet-friendly community is equipped with a fenced dog park with agility play equipment plus a separate pet area. Just outside our grounds, a variety of everyday conveniences such as grocery stores, eateries and big-box retailers await. When it's time to venture farther, our community offers easy access to Imperial Highway, Beach Boulevard, and the 57 freeway, connecting you to surrounding desert, beach, or mountain escapes. We do not allow guardian dog breeds/crossbreeds, such as Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Bullmastiffs, Mastiffs, Wolf Dogs or any dog that the landlord believes is a related breed. Restrictions are subject to change without notice. Restrictions do not apply to dogs that aid disabled individuals for equal access to housing.
Cats: A deposit of $500 is required for up to 2 pets.
