We require that dogs be spayed or neutered, and they must be housebroken. There are also restrictions on certain breeds. - Domestic breeds of cats that must be spayed or neutered as well as housebroken. No more than two (2) pets per apartment. There is a $25 pet rent fee per month for each cat
