There is a non-refundable $40.00 application fee per adult. Income must be verified and positive rental history. APPLICATION AND LEASING NOTES: = Paid applications do not hold the property for you and are NON-REFUNDABLE $40 per adult 18+. To hold the property after all applications are submitted and approved, you must place a deposit binder with us at our Lakeland office in the form of a money order or cashier's check.
