Brookside Apartments

Hello and thanks for inquiring about the Brookside Apartments! The Brookside has 26 units in a 3 building complex. All have private entrances. The address is 5124 Seattle Ave SW, near the crossing of I5 and Bridgeport Way SW. Brookside studios are $950 per month, and 1 BR's are $1100 per mo. Tenants all pay for their own electricity, and for the one bedroom apartments only, tenants also pay their water usage. If you're interested, please fill out and return the attached application form. Then you can schedule a tour. Let us know if you have a pet. If a dog, what breed or size? Dogs are only allowed with written approval. Please send a photo of you dog, also. If you choose to go ahead after your tour, we'll run a background check. Then you'll get an email back from the search company, in a day or two, and you'll give your approval for them to proceed, and pay a fee online. Your current employment info is important. Add any details you want about the job, when you started working there etc. If it's a new job within the last 4 months, then tell us about your previous job also.
