Mayflower Gardens II is part of a large retirement community located in Lancaster - and it was the first community that Retirement Housing Foundation built 45 years ago. 65 acres of spacious lawns, gorgeous flowers and tree-lined paths prove the origin of our name but our reputation has been built by creating the best senior community in the Antelope Valley.We provide more than a place to live, we strive to provide each resident with a community living experience that gives them a sense of home and family. The needs of seniors are vastly different than the rest of the populace - to meet those needs, our community offers a restaurant, church services, a swimming pool, convenience store, beauty shop, exercise and activities room, library, big screen TV, and thrift store.
