$300 off first months rent if you sign your lease by 9/1, $200 off first months rent if you sign your lease by 9/15, and $100 off your first months rent if you sign by 10/1!! Townhome style apartment in a great location close to the Latrobe hospital. This pet friendly apartment is a three (3) story that offers plenty of privacy including your own front and back porches. We have listed the apartment as a two (2) bedroom and one (1) bath home but there is an extra room that is attached to one (1) of the bedrooms. Many of the other residents that have a similar layout use that extra room as a walk-in closet, storage, office, playroom or even an extra bedroom. The apartment also has a full basement that some use for storage, extra space that is finished, and laundry (we provide the washer and dryer). There is off-street parking and easy access to State Route 30. All the utilities are the responsibility of the resident. The windows are newer and the furnace is gas forced heat so the heat bill should be very reasonable. Central Air. We have local management in place with the #1 focus being on customer/resident experiences!
