About Us This 3 bedroom unit is a shared space with 2 other roommates where you have your own sleeping quarters but you share common areas such as the kitchen, living room and outside lounge. In addition, you get amenities such as free wifi, on-site laundry, weekly housekeeping of common areas and utilities at a flat rate of $120. Our renovated 1920's building is located in Hancock Park, situated near Melrose, Koreatown, Wilshire, and Larchmont Village, next to the Wilshire/ Western - purple line metro and bike share. The neighborhood has a 92/100 walk score, so you won't even need a car. LivingQ @ Hancock Park is about building a diverse and modern community, featuring weekly events, outdoor movie nights, BBQ's and potlocks, happy hours and among many other activities. We pride ourselves on setting the standard for coliving by encompassing collaboration, networking, and community on our own terms.
