The building is just a few blocks from Griffith Park where you can hike up to the observatory, Mount Hollywood, and the Hollywood sign without ever getting in the car! It is walking distance to Ralph s, Lazy Acres, Obet & Del's Coffee shop, Friends and Family cafe, Thai Town restaurants, Franklin Village and Los Feliz Village. There is plenty of Thai food near by and the metro right down the street.
You will be more than pleased with this classic Hollywood style apartment. The units feature fully equipped kitchens, polished concrete floors, upgraded bathrooms, separate dressing rooms, spacious living areas and so much more! The units here have plenty of windows to let lots of light in.
Upper floor units have sweeping views from Downtown to the Ocean, Hollywood Hills, Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory. The upper units have lots of light and full of the old-world charm that can't be recreated in most modern buildings.
The building has secured/gated/reserved parking available to rent as well as onsite laundry. The uncovered lot is an additional $125. The covered lot is $150 a month. No parking available for purchase for bachelor studio units.
