While the building was built in the late 1920's as a fortress for the government's money, we acquired, renovated and opened as The Reserve Lofts in May of 2006. These large wide-open space lofts have 17-foot-high ceilings and upper mezzanines and are zoned as Live/Work. We are just minutes away from the 110 and 10 freeways so that we are convenient for freeway access. We are also 2.5 miles away from USC. We have Security here 24/7 and Security Cameras located all over the property. Our amenities include a rooftop Garden with jacuzzi and BBQ and a 1800 square foot Fitness Center and 2nd floor Laundry Room. Underground Storage units rent out for an additional charge.
