Next to the pool is a recreation room complete with updated restrooms, dry saunas and a fitness center with state of the art life fitness cardio equipment, universal weights, dumbbells and a flat screen TV. Also for the fitness minded, we are minutes away from Vasona Park and a block away from the extensive hiking and biking trails that run the length of Los Gatos and beyond.
Live Oak is a beautiful property, meticulously maintained with water fountains, arbors and lush landscaping in a park-like setting. This is a very convenient location with easy freeway access, within walking distance of parks (Vasona Park), trails and downtown Los Gatos, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Whole Foods, Lunardi's Market, shopping, restaurants, banking and other services.
Live Oak kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and self-cleaning stove/oven. The dining area located off the kitchen has a large window for lots of natural light. A large living room area opens to a private deck or large patio through sliding glass doors.
