All persons over 18 years of age must be on the application. Any persons under 18 may be listed as dependent(s) EACH PERSON will need to submit the following: * Current Driver's License, Photo ID, or Passport * Social Security Card or tax document with the full 9-digit social security number * Most Recent Pay Stubs for Past Month * Employment verification for the last year If the above documents are not submitted with your application, the application process may be delayed. If you receive funds from State or Federal Benefits (i.e. Disability, Social Security, Retirement) Award letters must be submitted with your application Net (take-home) income should be 3 times the amount of expected monthly rent.
