234 Langdon St. #6 - -Complimentary furnishings available upon request! -Water/sewer charge of $35/mo. per resident. -Double occupancy fee of $65/mo. for each additional resident over the number of bedrooms. -Security deposit equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due on or before the first day of the lease. -To secure an apartment for your group, we need all applications and all earnest money. -Earnest money equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due with the applications. -Complete earnest money payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the hold charge. -The earnest money will be applied towards the balance due on the first day of the lease (first month's rent + security deposit).
