Bayview Foundation

Bayview Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and supportive services to residents living in Madison's historic Triangle Neighborhood. In the middle of the neighborhood, Bayview operates a comprehensive community center that offers culturally relevant and responsive educational, social, recreational, and cultural programs and services. Bayview features 130 apartment and townhouse units, providing affordable housing for approximately 450 residents, including close to 200 children. The campus also features a stunning neighborhood center with programming in the following areas: food access; youth development and education; adult education and skill advancement; social work and resource navigation; senior meals and wellness; art and cultural programs. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath tax credit unit will be available June 1, 2026 for $2127/month. All Bayview homes were newly constructed between 2022-2024 and include modern amenities, while the Bayview community itself has been a trusted part of Madison since 1971.
