Park Place Townhomes - 201-5

This is a one bedroom walkout patio town-home apartment. With hardwood style flooring, an in unit washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, and electric heat and AC. There is a private entry and no corridors. Park Place is located next to Hiniker Park and is conveniently located near the freeway. We start with a one year lease with automatic month to month extension. The application fee is $50. To hold the apartment you need to sign the lease and pay the deposit which is equal to one month rent. There is a $30 monthly charge for water/trash. We welcome one cat or dog in this apartment with a non-refundable $200 pet fee and $20/mo pet rent.
