As outlined in the rental agreement, the pet policy specifies: (1) a maximum of two pets per apartment, with breed restrictions; (2) a nonrefundable pet fee of $350 per pet, due at move-in; (3) a monthly nonrefundable pet rent of $25, payable alongside rent; and (4) mandatory pet registration, with a fee of $30 per Pet Profile for credit card payments or $25 for ACH payments.
