Welcome to The Smyth, once known as the Henderson House **FURNISHED & ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED** The original section of this home was a mansion built in the 1870s, with two large additions added as the home became a convent, and later a boy's boarding school. It now features a unique and eclectic mix of studio apartments and sleeping rooms (private bedrooms with shared/common bathroom space). WEEKLY PRICING IS $250-$400/WEEK, DEPENDING ON THE UNIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT RENT IS CHARGED WEEKLY. All utilities are included in rent, and there's coin laundry available in the building. Cats are welcome with a refundable deposit and pet fee, but please note this is a dog-free building. There are a few units available, including both apartments and sleeping rooms. In addition, we now have a new community center for all tenants to enjoy, offering a great space to relax and socialize with neighbors. Please note that the availability date listed may have some flexibility. If it doesn't quite line up with your ideal timeline, let us know and we can see what we can do.
