The campus offers beautiful maintenance free custom-built cottages and apartments with designed interiors on a campus with lifestyle amenities that include an indoor swimming pool and spa, fitness center, cafe, salon, library, recreation, walking trails and much more. Entrance Fees Selecting an Independent Living Cottage or Apartment home in our Life Plan Community, also referred to as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, entails a one-time entrance fee that gives you the exclusive right to your maintenance free residence while you occupy it and ensures the peace of mind that comes with priority access to Personal Care and Health Care if you should you need it. A maintenance free home is designed to minimize the time, effort and costs of home upkeep. This means you will never have to worry about repairing or replacing appliances, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, roofing, gutters or siding. A maintenance free home allows you more time to enjoy life. Monthly Service Fee The monthly service fee covers water, sewer, trash removal, interior and exterior maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, access to wellness and life enrichment activities, campus amenities, group transportation, pest control, real estate taxes, and a 24-hour emergency call system. 50 Month Declining Balance Entrance Fee The one-time entrance fee is partially refundable* during the first 50 months that you occupy your Independent Living residence. The entrance fee balance declines at a rate of 2% per month over 50 months, however the unit is yours to enjoy for as long as you like.
