Fox Valley Apartments

Fox Valley has 64 units. They are all 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Total electric, both bedrooms can hold a king size bed. We provide Refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. They have a washer and dryer hookup in the kitchen. The kitchen has French doors that are mostly glass, so the kitchen has a lot of light, as will as cabinets. Rent is 1100.00 a month plus a utility fee that includes water, Wifi, basic cable, pest control, sewer, and garbage. Tenants have rent, utility fee, electric bill(Alabama Power). The Security Deposit is 1100.00. We do allow pets but there's a 500.00 non refundable pet fee per animal. We don't allow large, or aggressive breeds, nothing over 40lbs. Only 2 animals per household. You must provide proof of all vet vaccinations on all animals. We are a very quite apartment complex with no crime. We are zoned for Helena school system. We have a salt water pool that stay open year round. Hours are 9:00am - 10:00pm.
