Jersey Ridge Apartments

Old Washington, Rectorville, Moranburg, Orangeburg and Plumville sit among the rural hills and creek valleys of Mason County, with Maysville providing a nearby hub for services and outings. The area has four distinct seasons, including warm, humid summers and cool winters. Old Washington’s historic district preserves early Kentucky buildings and local history, while the surrounding countryside offers scenic drives and open-air recreation. Small-town dining and everyday shopping are available in and around Maysville; cafés, galleries and evening entertainment are more concentrated there than in the smaller communities. Residents generally rely on a car to travel between neighborhoods, reach shops and access regional routes. Parks and outdoor spaces in the wider area provide room for walks and recreation, though amenities are spread out rather than clustered within each community.
