The Pelham Street Apartments offers 3 floor plans, consisting of 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and studio apartments. We have laundry facilities with updated machines in each building. Amenities included in monthly rent: -Gas Heat -Hot water -Water & Sewer -Gas cooking -Off street parking -Snow Removal -Trash Removal -Landscaping -24/7 Maintenance We are a cat friendly community. A limit of 2 cats per apartment and a fee of $40 each/per month.
