Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and updated fixtures, offering a sleek and stylish space that combines durability with elegance! $75 will be added on top of the base rental rate, this includes water/sewer, trash, pest control, lawn care, and 2 assigned parking spaces. No rental applications will be screened until the applicant has viewed the property in person. The application fee is $75.00 per adult. All adults over the age of 18 living in the home must apply separately.
