Brewery Point's striking one and two bedroom apartments offer an array of rents to fit every budget for adults 55 years of age or better. All of our apartments include central air-conditioning, cable TV hookups, and a washer/dryer. Community features include heated underground parking, controlled access entry, community room with kitchen, fitness center, computer lab, and a hair salon. Brewery Point's handy location offers easy access to freeways, major bus lines, downtown attractions and more. Brewery Point participates in an affordable housing program. Qualified applicants aged 55 or better must meet income qualification; total household gross income is based on 30% to 60% of the median income adjusted for household size and depending upon availability. Section 8 Voucher holders are encouraged to apply!
