We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhomes. Our homes include kitchens with lots of cabinet space, and storage closets throughout! Other amenities are washer/dryer hookups, with machines available for rent (in our 2 bedroom units) and on-site laundry rooms. Our townhomes come with an attached garage! Utilities are included in your rent (water, sewer and garbage). Property was recently updated with new exterior paint, new windows and sliding doors, and roofs! Enjoy a large, covered deck for barbecuing or relaxing; no matter the season.
Our property amenities include a seasonal community garden, seasonal swimming pool, clubhouse and on-site management/maintenance. Take a walk on the path along Kellogg Creek and breathe in the fresh air. Come and see what the neighborhood looks like and imagine yourself living here!
