The apartments have been updated with new hardwood flooring, kitchens including new appliances, dishwashers in some apartments, tile backsplash, updated bathrooms and fixtures. There is laundry on site and no smoking is permitted. Owner pays for heat, water, sewer, trash, and recycling.
