RENTAL DETAILS: Lease Duration: 12 months or longer Security Deposit: Same as one month's rent, due at lease signing Utilities: Tenant pays a flat utility fee based on unit type. Rent payment options: Debit/Credit card, Direct deposit (EFT) Parking: Off-street parking Laundry: On-site Washer & Dryers Pet Policy: Cat and Small Dogs (under 50 lbs); 2 maximum allowed; Must be spayed/neutered and current on shots. Pet Rent: $25/month/pet and $250 Pet Deposit Smoke-Free Housing: No Smoking Cigarettes, Vapes, Or Cannabis in the entire building. APPLICATIONS Application fee is $58 per occupant and that covers background & credit check, along with the verification of all references and documents submitted by tenant. Decent Credit History (No min. credit score but we look at present accounts in collections, charge offs, debt settlements from prior landlords, etc.) 4. Your Lease Start Date (Start the lease within 1-2 weeks of the listing available date.) 5. Criminal Records (No misdemeanors or evictions within the last 3yrs, No felonies within the last 7 years.)
