You can use the large yard next to the parking lot. It is a shared common space for fun activities or just relaxing. There is an on-site laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer to be used by the tenants only. The tenant pays a $135 Utility fee (provides water/sewer/trash) and is responsible for their own Electric bill. This unit is pet friendly. Smoking is not allowed in the building.
