If approved an additional $500 security deposit and $35/mo pet rent is required per pet. No smoking Tenant pays electricity and a flat bill back utility fee of $100 per month for Water/Sewer. Owners may switch to ratio-based utility billing in the future. Garbage is provided. Application fee: $55 Our application fee is $55 per adult 18 and over. Only application(s) with all supporting documentation for the household composition will be considered complete. This includes the names of any person(s) who will live on the property whether full or part time, whether under or over the age of 18, including birthdates.
