Creekside Village Apartments are for those 55 years of age and over. We are located on the Lutheran Home Monroe campus. We offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments offering: private entries, convenient front parking, relaxing front porches, scenic surroundings and easy walk in showers. We are located close to Michigan Bar Restaurant (a local favorite). We are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and churches. Our community is income restricted, and residency is subject to applicable income qualification guidelines.
