Income*: We require a minimum gross household income of 2.5x the rent amount. If working with a voucher program, we require a gross household income of 2.5x your portion of the rent.
Credit score*: Credit score of at least 600 from one of the applicants
Formal Rental History*: at least 1 year
Clear background check
Lease Length: All of our rentals are a 1 year lease term unless stated otherwise
*Should you not meet this criteria, you may be asked to get a cosigner. The cosigner needs to meet all of the criteria and qualify on their own.
