The Summit Apartments is a special 118 unit apartment community situated on a beautiful 19 acres on a hilltop in Morristown, Tennessee. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball courts, as well as a large field for play or for walking pets. We welcome pets in certain units with a minimal additional pet rent and a refundable pet deposit.
This community is comprised of five separate groupings of buildings spread out over 19 acres, affording a privacy and tranquility not found in more densely crowded apartment complexes. All units come with central forced-air heat and A/C, and some units come with a washer/dryer included in the rent, allowing you the luxury of avoiding trips to the laundromat or shared facilities. Other units have washer/dryer hookups with the appliances available to rent.
We are not income based and do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
