Mountlake Terrace is a fairly small city of around 20,000 residents near the northern shore of Lake Washington. I-5 runs right through the middle of town, putting downtown Seattle less than thirty minutes away. Living in Mountlake Terrace puts you in a great position to explore the natural wonders of Washington State, particularly the sprawling Cascade Mountain nature preserves to the east. Ferry service across Puget Sound makes it easy to reach to Olympic Peninsula as well, allowing for weekend trips to Olympic National Park and the ocean. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation closer to home, whether that means spending an afternoon at Lake Ballinger or bringing your dog to the parkland around Lyon Creek. Houses and apartments in the northwest portion of the city have the most convenient access to the Premera offices. We are offering this spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome on a 12 month Lease Term with a $150 per month utility fee (water, sewer, garbage). This unit includes a 2-car garage as well as in-unit washer/dryer. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
