MOVE-IN COSTS: - Application Fee $75 per adult. - Admin Fee $125 - Full Month's rent (Any prorated portion will be due on the 1st of the following month) - Pet Fees (if applicable, see below) - Security Deposit equal 1-2 months rent HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO KNOW IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT?
