Pet Policy: We accept dogs under 45 lbs, no aggressive breeds. We accept cats. No more than 2 pets per apartment. One time non-refundable fee per dog $1000. One time non-refundable fee per cat $750. Pet Rent is $25/month (cat) or $50/month (dog).
