Villages of New Providence

We have 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments that feature updated kitchens with all new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, large master bedrooms, spacious additional bedrooms and a number of new interior features. Laundry facility is located conveniently on the property along with ample off-street parking. We offer 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms and 1.5-bathrooms. We also have 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom town homes which include 3 floors of fantastic living space- with a garage and washer/dryer. The Villages of New Providence is located right in the heart of New Providence right down the road from shopping and local storefronts. The Villages serve the school districts of Allen W. Roberts Elementary (Pre-K-6), New Providence Middle School (7-8) and New Providence High School. All school busses pick up and drop off directly on the property. We require a non-refundable $50 application fee along with 1 months security deposit. Our income requirement is 3 X's monthly rent and we require a credit check. Lease term is 1 year. We include cold water, sewer and trash. We are by appointment only as we have no leasing office on the property.
