Those can and will get your application denied. - If you are on a payment plan with another complex, please provide documentation to reflect. ~ We prefer a consistent job history of around 6 months. It does not have to be the same job, but we prefer no large gaps in employment. ~ Applicant must make 3x the monthly rent (combined if co-applicant) ~ The deposit can go up to the full rent amount depending on background, credit, and rental history.
