All our building are pet friendly (ask for conditions and costs). No elevators. The only approved vendor for telephone, cable or internet are AT&T and Comcast. No satelite dishes allowed.
Our two story building is conveniently located in a quite neighborhood of North Miami Beach. We are close to Aventura Mall, only two blocks away from Biscayne Blvd. We enjoy proximity to Oleta Park and the beach of North Miami.
Our residents have one assigned parking per apartment and all of our units have central air conditioning units. We also offer coin operated laundry equipment for the convenience of our residents.
