Owner may be willing to accept one small pet (under 30 pounds at full maturity) with pet deposit and pet rent. $55 application fee for each adult, $1,000 Security Deposit. Holding fee of $250 to be paid when applications are submitted, will be applied as a payment towards your security deposit upon approval and move in. 12 month lease required.
