Pelican Cove is a quiet complex with a community of 26 units. We have a variety different floorplan styles to choose from. We offer modest studio and 1 bedroom floorplans to larger 2 bedroom with 1 and 2 bath layouts. Some units having breathtaking views of the lagoon. Most units come with enclosed garages. We have a wonderful outdoor lounge area with a propane grill, fire pit, putting green and half court for basketball. There are community fruit trees on property as well as 2 on site Laundry facilities.
