We currently have 1bed / 1bath and 2bed / 1bath units available for immediate leasing. They are priced at $700 for a 1 bedroom / 1 bath and $800 for a 2 bedroom / 1 bath monthly, with a yearly lease. The rental amount includes the water bill, all you would pay is electricity. The deposit amount will range from $400 to $500 and it is depending on your past rental history, background check, credit check, ect. We work with everyone to have the best possible chance of getting approved for their new home.
We are also pet friendly, the deposit for pets is a one time fee of $400.
Our warm, friendly community features a dog park, grilling area, kids playground area, community laundromat, 24hr camera security, on-site maintenance crew, and coming soon a community rooftop balcony for sitting, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors.
