The miraculous renovation boasts an elegant modern interior and beautify resorted historic exterior. Water & a portion of the electricity (heating & cooling) is $100/mo. Residents are responsible for internet & a small separate electric bill for lights & appliances. As part of our efforts to be green, this building has a very efficient heat and air conditioning system. The equipment gains its efficiency in part because it is shared among all tenants. Because of how the system is engineered, your electric bill will come in two parts. One part will be from OG&E and one part will be from us. When you combine these two bills, it would be less or comparable to an electric bill that you would have at a 'normal' apartment. The video is for apartment 101 but 201 has the same layout.
