Poplar Place is conveniently located at the corner of W. Poplar St. and N. Walnut St, just minutes from Calamity and Fairview Park. So many great shops and restaurants are close by, including Mom?s Kitchen, Downtown Diner, and Smokin? Joe?s BBQ.
Tenant is responsible for electric and a monthly water fee of $25 for a one bedroom apartment; landlord pays for trash service. The building is also equipped with Google Fiber internet service (not included in the rental price.)

Pets are welcome if under 50lbs when fully grown. We allow up to two pets per apartment. A $250 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) is required and monthly pet rent will be $35 per month for each pet.
