First National Olean

Live inside Olean's most iconic landmark. Built in 1915 as the First National Bank of Olean known to generations as the "Manny Hanny" building this seven-story Classical Revival showpiece has been meticulously restored from the granite columns at street level to the terra cotta cornice crowning the skyline. A historic renovation brought the building back to life with 21 modern apartments above the original banking hall, now home to commercial, gallery, and event spaces.
