Each apartment also comes with new mini-split Air-Conditioning and heating. Also low voltage cable is wired to mid walls with TV mounts to hang the flat screen TV's.
Common area includes washer and dryer (coinless), 10 person hot tub, 10 person community dining table and general hang out area under strung party lights.
